- Quatz sanitizer exceeded 500 ppm at the time of inspection. Proper dilution method was discussed with the operator at the time of inspection. Quatz sanitizer should be maintained between 200 ppm - 400 ppm.Bleach solution also measured greater than 500 ppm. This sanitizer should be maintained at 100 ppm.How to Mix an Approved Sanitizing Solution document emailed to operator.**Please ensure to test solution strength daily and when mixed to ensure solution is within the required solution strength.
