- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. 0 ppm Quats sanitizer was measured from the dispenser and at the 3 compartment sink. It was observed the stock chemical was empty.
- 2. 0 ppm Quats sanitizer was measured from the sanitizer spray bottles. It was observed the bottle was filled with an unknown chemical with an orange color.
- Corrective Action(s): Staff purchased a bottle of bleach and diluted it with water to create 100 ppm bleach sanitizer. Clean and sanitize all food contact surfaces and utensils on site.
