    • 19(2)(a) - INADEQUATE WATER SAMPLING PROTOCOL / RECORD KEEPING A food establishment must provide all of the following in accordance with applicable legislation or as considered acceptable by the Administrator:     (a) a supply of potable hot and cold water at adequate pressure and volume with the appropriate facilities to store and distribute the water and to control the water temperature;
      • Provide bacteriological water sample result from accredited laboratory for site water supply.
    • 19(3) - FAILING TO HAVE APPROPRIATE LIGHTING, VENTILATION, HEATING, REFRIGERATION, & PLUMBING CONSIDERED ACCEPTABLE BY THE MINISTER. A food establishment must have lighting, ventilation, heating, refrigeration and plumbing that is appropriate to the specific activities of the food establishment and that is considered acceptable by the Minister.
      • Do not use ice from ice machine for beverages until the supply line is replaced with potable water hose / line and line disinfected. Provide >= 540 lux (50ft. / Candles) illumination throughout food preparation area. Recommend full LED strip lighting for entire length of counter to flood counters with light and eliminate shadows. Staff washroom now due for daily cleaning / sanitizing. Receiving door requires vermin proofing in one small area.
