      • Corrective Action(s): Do not use any reusable cups for serving tea- ONLY Disposable till the commercial dishwasher is fixed.

      • Observation: Hand washing sink was not fully stocked and a water jug was stored in it.
      • Corrective Action(s): Hand wash sink must be accessible for hand washing at all time with liquid soap and paper towel

      • Observation: A lot of clutter noted under sink and equipment not able to verity pest free condition
      • Corrective Action(s): Remove all clutters

      • Observation: Poor cleaning noted in kitchen, under equipment ,under sink.
      • Corrective Action(s): Clean the whole facility

      • Corrective Action(s): Repair the dishwasher immediately
