      • Tapioca balls were measured to be 42 degrees Celsius. The warmer was turned up immediately upon request and the temperature was maintained at 60 degrees Celsius.Prepared Tapioca balls are to be stored at temperatures greater than 60 degrees Celsius or less than 4 degrees Celsius.

      • Tapioca balls were observed to be 40 degrees Celsius.Prepared Tapioca balls are to be stored at temperatures greater than 60 degrees Celsius or less than 4 degrees Celsius.If Tapioca balls are to be stored at room temperature, they are to be stored at a maximum of 2 hours and then discarded.

      • The light in the washroom furthest to the north was not adequality lit. Ensure lighting levels are adequate to facilitate cleaning.

      • Manufacturer's plastic is still present on the side of the prep cooler. Remove to allow for smooth non-porous surfaces that are easy to clean.

      • No - additional racks, shelves, or pallets are necessary to ensure adequate organized storage in the rear storage room, so that all boxes and materials are stored at least 15cm (six inches) off the floor, so as to ensure ease of inspection and washing of floors. Food products, disposable cups/items, etc., in boxes or containers are to be stored off the floor.

      • Quats-based sanitizers throughout the facility were not at adequate concentration. Operator replaced the sanitizers throughout the facility and were re-tested at 200ppm. Maintain the solution at 200ppm always and check the concentration daily.

      • Ice scoop was stored in the ice maker with its handle in direct contact with the ice.Operator stored the scoop in a bowl. Ensure to store scoop in an upright position or in a designated bowl.
