- ***Mechanical dish machine was tested with a probe thermometer, and it was observed that a sanitizing temperature was not reached (approx. 70C observed). Ensure mechanical dish machine is able to reach a sanitizing temperature. Dish machine is also used for sanitizing toys. It appears that staff members use a bleach sanitizing step. Ensure adequate concentration is available for the sanitizing step.

- The temperature of refrigerators in the Soaring Eagles room and Foxes room was at 5.5C and 10C respectively. The temperature control for the refrigerators were adjusted during inspection. Please keep an eye on all refrigerators and ensure they are maintaining food temperature at or below 4C.
