- Two screws on the elephant water jet feature were loose at the time of inspection. The operator tightened the screws. Please ensure that all screws are maintained in good working order at all times.

- One arm of the sand/water table has a red support structure that is loose and would create a pinch point in the structure. Operator had plan to install L-bracket on the structure to prevent excessive movement. Please ensure all equipment is maintained in a safe operational condition.
