      • The counter surface had a dirty floor mat and was not in a sanitary manner.Please ensure that all food contact surfaces are kept in a sanitary manner and that items such as floor mats are not placed on the surface. Dirty cloths were also noted on the counter and the food service was not in use (from previous food service)
