- Observation(s): QUAT sanitizer solution stored in buckets with submerged wiping cloths. One sanitizer bucket on site contained a solution that recorded at 200ppm, the other recorded at 100ppm which is lower than the legislative requirement of 200-400ppm. The employees on site were notified and would change out the solution following the inspection. This is labelled as Corrected During the Inspection (CDI).
