- Observation(s): Facility has a three compartment sink and a chemical dishwasher for sanitizing dishes/utensils. The three compartment sink contained 200ppm QUAT sanitizer for the sanitizing step. The chemical dishwasher was being used and recorded 0ppm sanitizer during the inspection. The sanitizer bottle connected to the dishwasher was empty at the time of the inspection.
