      • December 3, 2024, pest report stated that 5 mice were caught in the facility. Increase pest control until mouse problem is resolved.

      • Sewer smell noted by the grease trap. Address the plumbing problem.

      • Mouse droppings were found on the dough mixer stand and on lids of inserts by the service station. Remove mouse droppings and clean and sanitize the equipment and all areas where mouse droppings were found.

      • Complaint:As a customer I took my 12 year old son to BPS crowfoot - we reported to the manger that we witnessed 4 mice running around the restaurant side - he informed us this is a known problem and they are setting mice traps - I am concerned around the handing of food and a move infestation- where people are dinning and mice are running around freely in the restaurant under tables1) Observed 7 dead mice in mechanical traps during inspection and 4 dead mice were noted on the November 25, 2024, pest report. 2) Mouse droppings were observed on the dough mixer stand, behind coolers, beside the pizza oven, throughout the kitchen floor and in the service area. 3) Holes were found in the exterior wall by the back exit door.4) Holes were found on the wall by the oven and walk-in beer cooler and Holes were noted on the pest report throughout the facility.5) Debris build-up on the kitchen' floor hard to reach areas, providing food source for the mice. 6) Water leaking by the dishwasher area and pasta station, providing a water source for mice.7) Upstairs clutter was noted on the pest report that provides hiding or nesting location for mice.Increase pest control and address all the issues noted.

      • 1) Holes were noted wall by the pizza oven and walk-in beer cooler and other holes thoughout the facility were noted on the pest report. Fix the holes.2) Water was leaking underneath the dishwasher station and pasta station. 3) Sewer smell noted by the grease trap. 2 to 3) Address the plumbing problem.

      • 1) Mouse droppings and debris were found on the floor corners throughout the facility. 2) Grease build-up inside the deep fryers. 3) Grease build-up on the pizza pan bin storage by the pizza oven.4) Grime build-up on the baseboards.5) Upstairs clutter was noted on pest report.1 to 5) Please clean these areas.

      • Mice droppings were observed underneath the dishwasher, behind the stand mixer, and in the upstairs storage room.Staff the cleaned up these dropping at the time of the inspection. Ensure that the facility is inspected daily for droppings. Any areas contaminated by dropping should be cleaned and sanitized.

      • Today's inspection:Few mouse droppings were found in the dry storage. April 18, 2024, pest report stated that two mice was caught in the traps.Previous inspection:Provided PHI with new pest report. April 5, 2024, pest report stated that there is no pest activity. Sanitation is still an issue in the kitchen. Purchased 12 new traps. New glue boards in all cat tin traps. - Few mouse droppings were found in the dry storage room during today's inspection

      • Open storage trolley bins stick out more than 6 inches past the edge of the prep counter, resulting in food debris falling into them during food preparation. Dried food debris build-up on the open storage trolley bins and pizza pans and lids stored inside.Provide lid for the storage trolley bins or store them in clean area.

      • 1) Dust and grease build-up on the order menu monitor and its wires. 2) Equipment wheels and legs were covered with grime1 to 2) Clean these areas.

      • 1) Slight grease and debris build-up underneath and behind the kitchen equipment.2) Slight grime and food debris build-up on the kitchen baseboards and floor's hard to reach areas. 1 to 2) Clean these areas. 3) The cleaning schedule was signed off even though the cleaning was not done. Properly implement the cleaning schedule and have it signed off by management daily following work completion.

      • Bags of pre-portioned shredded cheese on ice bath were stored above the load limit. Cheese top was measured at 16.6 degrees C. Store all cold perishable food at 4 degrees C or below.

Holes noted underneath the dishwasher.3) Mouse traps were covered in grease and food debris. Many of the traps were missing glue boards. 4) Food debris, grease and grime were found throughout the kitchen.5) No date on the pest report provided. Sanitation issue was noted on the report.
