      • 1. The concentration of the chlorine sanitizer in the spray bottle located in the kitchen was measured to be 0 ppm.- Mix 1/2 teaspoon of chlorine/bleach in a liter of water. - Ensure to always have the concentration of the sanitizing solution measured at 100 ppm and verify with test strips, as low concentrations of chlorine sanitizer are ineffective in killing microorganisms.2. Instructions noted on the chlorine sanitizer bottle to rinse with potable water after using with food equipment and food contact surfaces.- Purchase and use a non-rinse sanitizer or follow the manufacturer's instruction to ensure food safety.

      • One of the two high temperature dishwasher was not working. The other dishwasher temperature was 76C.-Please ensure that both the dishwashers are working.

      • The cover of the ceiling light in front and above the handwashing station was observed to be in disrepair.Fix or replace the cover.
