      • The concentration of QUAT sanitizer in the sanitation sink was less than 200 PPM. The Source was pretty much empty as staff were filling the sink with sanitizer. - Source was replace and Quat sanitizer concentration was measured at 200 PPM.- Ensure to verify the concentration of Quat sanitizer using the appropriate test strips. Train all staff on how to verify the concentration.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • An accumulation of food debris observed in the hard-to-reach areas of the facility and underneath equipment.- Deep clean and maintain in a clean and sanitary condition at all times.

      • Inspection conducted on Wednesday, September 04, 2024. Records for the savoury bake goods were filled to the end of September03, 2024. and no sticker "eat me now or refrigerate", available for these products. There were no records for September 04, 2024, the day of the inspection.-Please follow the AHS approved requirements for Savoury Bake Goods.
    • 06. Are appropriate food handling practices and plans in place to ensure that food is handled in a manner that makes it safe to eat?
      • Inspection conducted on Thursday, October 26, 2023. Records for the savoury bake goods were filled to the end of October 31, 2023. and no sticker "eat me now or refrigerate", available for these products. Please follow the AHS approved requirements for Savoury Bake Goods.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • Ceiling tile was missing in the back kitchen.-Fix the ceiling tile.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • The scoop used for the flour containers was stored on a dirty surface.-Ensure that scoops are stored in a clean container.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • Dust noted on the top of the ovens and the oven canopy was covered with dust and other residues from the oven.-Ensure that the ventilation canopy is cleaned more regularly instead of every 6 months.2)1) Black tape on the white stand-up freezer used to cover the hole.-Ensure that the hole on the freezer is fixed and duct taped is removed as the area cannot be cleaned and sanitized.3)Food debris build-up on floor underneath bread slicer equipment.-Clean the floor.4) Ceiling tiles were dusty at the front counters and in the back kitchen.-Clean the ceiling tiles.

      • Slight gap was noted in along front of the store. Fix the gap.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • 1) Black tape on the white stand-up freezer.2) Tape residues on the doors of stand-up freezer.3) dough stains on the spiral mixer. 1 to 3) Clean the freezers. 4) Rough black texture on the side of the Moffat machine. 5) The side the of the sink well was rusted. 4 to 5) Fix these items.
