      • A small leak was observed on the plumbing fixtures of the 2-compartment sink in the pizza prep area. Repair the plumbing fixtures.

      • 1.Dipper well was turned off with two scoops in it.Manager turned on the dipper well.2. Dust accumulation was observed on some food container lids which were on the shelf. Protect food contact equipment from contamination during storage.

      • The fan covers in the walk in cooler were observed to have some accumulation of dust. Ensure all fan covers are cleaned regularly in accordance with the cleaning schedule.
