- 1. The PreEmpt CS20 disinfectant expired Feb 09, 2024. Obtain unexpired high-level disinfectant (i.e. PreEmpt CS20 or HLD5).2. Proper indicator test strips were not available. Obtain proper indicator test strips. If using CS20, obtain 2 bottles of AHP7 indicator test strips. If using HLD5, obtain 1 bottle of AHP2 indicator test strips.3. High-level disinfectant logs are not being maintained.4. Fantastik disinfectant (DIN: 02491664; CT: 5 min; Exp: not legible) used to disinfect the pedicure foot basins had an expiry date that was no longer legible. Obtain a new low-level or intermediate-level disinfectant.

- Cosmetic products in jars, spray bottles etc. are not labelled at the manicure & pedicure stations. Label all cosmetic products with its contents and ensure the bulk supply is kept on-site and is labelled with: identity of product, manufacturer, list of ingredients & instructions for use.
