      • Pizza sauce was being thawed in stagnant water. Staff were instructed to thaw food under cold running water or in the refrigerator overnight. The staff on-site turned on the cold-water tap to correct the issue.

      • Soap residue was noted on glassware coming out of glass washer.Requirement:Please repair the glass washer so that glassware's are cleaned thoroughly to remove soap
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • Several fruit flies were noted in bar area and some in dish washing area of the kitchen.Requirement:-Kepp all areas clean from spills and food debris to prevent attracting fruit flies.-Contact pest control company for the treatment to eliminate fruit fly's issue.- Conduct pest control inspection report after the treatment and provide this report to public health inspector.
