    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • 1. The sanitizer buckets and spray bottles were tested and measured at 0ppm.**Sanitizer buckets and spray bottles were emptied and re-filled with the Ecolab lactic acid sanitizer solution from the dispenser located in the mop area. When measured the sanitizer solution dispensed was between a concentration of 700-1875ppm.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • A handwashing sink located near the dry storage area had no soap. **Operator replaced empty soap with a new soap. **Handwashing sinks must always have running water, soap, and paper towels.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • Hard to reach areas were observed to have dirt/food debris, namely:- The walls and floors underneath the dishwashing area.- Floor corners around the ice machine.**Clean hard to reach spaces and increase their frequency of cleaning.
