      • Garlic butter stored in ice bath was measured at 9C. There was a gap between the container of the garlic butter and the ice.- Ensure ice completely surrounds the container to maintain temperature at 4C or less. - Corrected during inspection.

      • 2 preparation coolers on built and expo line were down at the time of inspection. Facility had placed bags of ice on the and below the foods but internal temperature of high-risk foods such as cooked chicken wings, dairy products and chopped vegetables were measured between 4-9.4C. - All food were removed from the impacted coolers and were relocated to the walk-in cooler. - Service call was already in place to resolve the issue. - Please do not use the coolers until they can maintain a temperature of 4C or less.

      • Contaminated cleaning cloths were stored on the prep cooler.Ensure that cleaning cloths are stored in a sanitizing solution or laundered after each use.

      • Glassware store within the splash zone of the handwashing sink at the bar. - Please remove to protect from contamination. Alternatively, install a splashguard next to the handwashing sink.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • No paper towel dispenser available at the bar handwashing sink. - Please install. All handwashing sink must be supplied with soap and paper towel in suitable dispensers to prevent from contamination.
