     • Mouse droppings within cupboards in the kitchen sanitizer areaExamine all cupboards, move appliances and follow instructions for cleaning mouse droppings. Ensure pest control measures are in place, fix any deteriorated cupboard floors, repair/minimize openings.

     • No surface sanitizer available in the kitchenStaff and children were actively making a meal. Supervisor located a bottle, labelled it and EHO tested. There must always be a surface spray sanitizer available for the prep surfaces and equipment in the kitchen.
   • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
     • Incorrect setting was used for sanitizing.Temperature tested at the second button setting and temp was adequate.
