      • Front of the house handsink lacking paper towels and very low on hand soap. Please ensure all handsink equipped with running hot and cold water, soap and paper towels at all times.

      • Replace or repair weather strip for back door. Observed a large gap on the right hand side under the door.

      • Walk in cooler - lettuce head browning and wilting showing signs of spoilage.Stand up freezer - small insert of spinach (uncovered) appeared wilted and possible signs of dark spots/spoilage and small insert of sliced deli meat (uncovered) appeared discolored with some possible white residue/potential mold. All food items discarded at time of inspection.

      • Hot water tap on hand sink at front counter in disrepair and not supplying hot water. Operator indicated maintenance has been scheduled for front counter hand sink.

      • - Soiled cloth in hand sink basin in kitchen beside dishwashing area. - No soap available in employee washroom hand sink. Soiled cloth removed from hand sink in kitchen. Soap replaced at employee washroom hand sink.

      • Current written pest control records not available onsite with last posted recorded from December 2023. Complete written pest control records monthly and have records available onsite for review.

      • - Oil fryer basket in disrepair with wire mesh not intact. - Rocker knife noted to have fraying duct tape on handle. Operator discarded oil fryer basket. Rocker knife removed by operator from clean utensil storage and to be repaired so handle is smooth and easily cleanable or discarded.

      • Debris build up on mixer stand and metal can opener attached to prep counter. Clean mixer and metal can opener attached to prep counter.
