- Bags of potatoes were observed stored directly on the floor in the basement storage room. The operator relocated them to a shelf. All food must be stored at least 6 inches above the floor to prevent contamination.

- Grease and/or dirt accumulation was observed inside the ventilation hood. The hood requires thorough cleaning to prevent contamination.

- No sanitizer solution set up for storing wet cleaning cloths between uses. * Please ensure spray bottles maintaining at 200PPM of Quats at all times.

- Observed 2 large raw ground beef being left out to thaw. Operator returned it back to walk in cooler at time of inspection.

- Baseboard is missing along the floor in the basement storage room. There is also a big gap on the right of this that needs to be sealed.
