The staff mixed another bleach solution in a plain bottle.**Ensure that chemicals are properly stored.**Use appropriate bottles to store chemicals.**Do not mix different chemicals in bottles.

      • The ambient temperature of the white refrigerator in the kitchen was measured at 9.4 degrees C. Cheese in the cooler was measured at 10.4 degrees C.The high-risk foods were moved out of the cooler.**Adjust/Repair/Replace cooler.**Ensure that all high-risk foods in the cooler are stored at 4 degrees C and below.
