- Lactic acid sanitizer solutions were used for food-contact surfaces. Lactic acid sanitizer test strips were available for use and not expired. The test strips were used to measure and found the acid sanitizing solutions were at 0 ppm. The solutions were re-mixed and adjusted according to the manufacturers' instructions and verified to be at 1875 ppm.Please ensure that solutions are regularly being tested and verified to be at the effective concentration for sanitizing.
