Corrective action: • Monitor QUAT sanitizer with test strips to ensure correct concentration of sanitizer (200-400ppm) before use • Dilute sanitizer as required to reach 200-400ppm • Contact chemical supply company to adjust automatic QUAT dispensing

    We enjoyed our time there. Maybe not as attentive of service as we would expect but still nice. The food was fabulous. It can be a little loud and yet it is a go too if our older parents- they love it here! Had the dragon bow or something like that. So yummy;)

    First time eating at the restaurant, the food was delicious and fresh you will get what you paid for. The service was amazing 🤩.

    Jaida was our waitress, super kind and friendly (and very pretty!), she checked in lots and made sure we were doing good. I don’t remember Browns having super good food before but we got the calamari, avocado and yam rolls, and the sticky thai chicken, and let me tell you, THEY WERE SO GOOD. Literally drool tier food. WOW. Ofc the prices could be a little better, but the food was so good that it kinda made up for it. Thanks for having us Browns!

    I can’t honestly say I don’t think I’ve ever had better service anywhere else. I was served today by a very amazing waitress (sorry,I forgot your name) who was very attentive, along with others (who were not our server) who checked in on us as well. They’re a fantastic team there. Not only did they go above and beyond for our service, but the food was amazing as usual, and they offered us desert on the house! We left feeling very well taken care of and very special. Thank you!

    Browns it's always so good. Today I had the Spicy crispy chicken sandwich and fries🤤👌🔥🍔 This is always so good and massive. Wife had the Thai chicken soup and salad. Very good as well.

    We came to the Social House after a LONG day of cross-country air travel- for some good food and a chance to unwind before driving to Revelstoke, BC Jack, our server was amazing. Very engaging and welcoming. He gave us plenty of suggestions on the menu, but also asked about our trip, and gave us suggestions. of places to ski. Our experience was highlighted by Jack’s great service and a soothing greeting to the start of our trip, and the best thing after a long day of airports, and planes. If you are looking for a comfortable spot with good food and GREAT staff. Stop in.

    First time I've been to Brown's. Everything was exceptional. We had the calamari, dry ribs and Caesar salad. All were fantastic and the dry ribs and Caesar salad were about the best I've ever had. Calamari was good but I kind of missed the red onions. Very impressed with the service and I will definitely return. I think I've had my last meal at the food court LOL
