      • Observation(s): All equipment temperatures satisfactory except the raw chicken fridge ~12° C. Adjust and monitor if just on a defrost cycle. Otherwise discard product and ensure correct temperature before storing further product. Add an NSF monitoring thermometer to this unit. Monitor on a log sheet.

      • Observation(s): F3.4B-Front-line service area cooler, front left door seal requires replacement to ensure a good seal with temperature control. F3.4L-Rear door sweep due for replacement.
