- *Staff were observed wearing gloves, touching the till and proceeded to handle food without washing hands in between and without changing their gloves. This was corrected during the inspection. This is a repeat violation.*DO THE FOLLOWING1. Wash hands prior to and after glove use2. Change gloves and wash hands in between using the till and handling food Gloves are not a replacement for handwashing and using the same gloves while using the till and food handling can lead to cross contamination.
