      • Observation: Knives used in the produce section need to be washed, rinsed and soaked in a sanitizer solution after they are used. Currently, a sanitizer solution that is used for filling the sink is not available.
      • Corrective Action(s): Install a sanitizer dispenser for the produce 3 compartment sink within one month. In the meantime, a bleach solution mixed to 100 ppm ( 1 tsp per Liter) can be used as a sanitizer solution.
