      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - 0ppm detected on glassware after glasswasher cycle. Glassware not being effectively sanitized.
      • Corrective Action(s): - Single use disposable cups present and to be used until glasswasher is repaired and capable of effectively sanitizing glasses.
      • - Pitchers to be washed and sanitized in downstairs glasswasher. This is only an interim measure until glasswasher is repaired.
