    • 32. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this child care facility (Non-Critical)?
      • WAREWASHING/FINAL SANITIZING STEP FOR REUSEABLE TOYS:1) Observed that the above task is carried out in adjoining kitchen room where there is a two-compartment sink.2) Product utilized for the final sanitizing step is a ZEP product where the active ingredient is a QUAT. Subsequently, the minimum concentration required is 200 ppm and which must be verified with test strip papers specifically testing for QUATS.Ensure that these are purchased/supplied to take these necessary testing on a regular and routine basis. Finally, have left our AHS laminated poster on dishwashing and sanitizing concentrations to be posted above kitchen sinks.
