- 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
- WALK-IN COOLER UNIT (FOR STORAGE OF POP/WATER/JUICE):1) Section of flooring finish underneath door is not easily cleanable and also observed a large gap on the sub-floor which potentially could be a tripping hazard for Staff - should be refinished with a smooth and easily cleanable flooring finish and which should also be light in color.2) Observed inadequate lighting levels with the existing ceiling light fixtures (three in total and bulbs are covered in glass covers) - at a minimum, should change the existing bulbs with a LED bulb with more wattage/lumens to provide more adequate lighting to easier facilitate cleaning.3) Observed condensation from the copper piping located on the ceiling fan units dripping onto the top shelves where bottled juice is stored. As discussed with the owner, a sleeve covering may be required to address this condensation issue.

- Current food permit is no longer valid and is considered null and void (due to the change in ownership of this facility).New food permit fee invoice will be generated and emailed to the new owner for payment.Once payment has been processed, a new food permit reflecting change in ownership will be emailed for posting.
