- Dented can of tomatoes Ketchup (Heinz) was found on the dry storage. -Ensure all cans are inspected, and food in severely dented cans are not used for food preparation

- 1. Quat sanitizing solution in spray bottle was at 400ppm for the kitchen. Operator discarded solution and filled with 200ppm solution available.-Ensure Quat sanitizing solution is maintained at 200ppm for food safety.2. Dirty cleaning clothes were left on the counter outside the sanitizing bucket. Operator removed dirty clothes and brought clean ones.-Ensure clean clothes or single use paper towel are used for sanitizing surfaces.-Ensure dirty cleaning clothes are laundered and stored in the sanitizing solution

- Food and sauces in containers were left uncovered in the walk-in cooler. Operator covered food items.- Ensure food is protected from contamination by storing in a lid tight container.

- A spray bottle for sanitizing food prep area in the kitchen was unlabeled.-Ensure all spray bottles are labeled correctly to prevent incorrect use of chemicals.

- No paper towel in dispenser at the two washrooms for staff. Paper towel was left on the hand sink.-Ensure there is a paper towel in dispenser for hand drying at handwashing station.

- The wall at the men staff washroom was damage.- Repair the area
