      • OBSERVED ALUMINUM FOIL BEING USED AS A LINER ON TOP OF GREASE TRAP IN THE UPSTAIR DISHWASHING AREA. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE ALUMINUM FOIL FROM GREASE TRAP SO THAT SURFACE IS SMOOTH, DURABLE, AND EASILY CLEANABLE.
