- Observation(s): • Both th ecup washer and kitchen dishwasher not providing a minimum 50 ppm chlorine sanitizing rinse in final cycle. Service units. • Until servicing is complete, utensils washed in either machine are to subsequently undergo a 2 minute immersion soak in 200 ppm chlorine solution in the pot sink followed by air drying.
