      • The prep cooler containing deli meat and sauces was measured at a minimum temperature of 5.1C. The topping rail containing deli meats was measured at 2C and satisfactory. Staff was instructed to move items in the lower part of the cooler to the cooler next to it that was measured at 2C until cooler can be serviced. Ensure the cooler is able to maintain a temperature of 4C or below.
