      • The following area require cleaning:-the ventilation canopy and filters - operator indicated this is scheduled for Sunday by a third party company

      • Sanitizer bucket measured at 0 ppm chlorine. Corrected onsite.

      • Wet/used cleaning cloths observed on food contact surfaces when not in immediate use. Ensure used cleaning cloths are stored in a sani bucket when not in use.

      • Raw meat was stored above produce (lettuce) in the sliding door cooler. Re-arrange the cooler so that raw meats are stored below produce at all times.

      • Observed mouse poison under the cook line. Please discontinue use of mouse poison. Only a licensed pest control company can apply mouse poison in a commercial food establishment.

      • Bean sprouts were out at room temperature. Bean sprouts must be stored below 4C (in the cooler or in an ice bath). Bean sprouts were move into the cooler.

      • Chlorine test strips expired 2020 and 2021.

      • Liquid soap and paper towel in a paper towel holder is required at the front area handwashing sink.

      • Mouse droppings were noted throughout the facility including under the cookline, behind several chest freezers, on shelving under the coffee station. Please clean up mouse droppings. If you notice new mouse droppings after, a pest control company must be hired.

      • Interior of ice machine requires cleaning.

      • The following areas require cleaning:-the entire cook like (cooking equipment, sides of cooking equipment, floors and walls behind cookline, ventilation filters and canopy)
