- 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
- There are gaps at the bottom of the kitchen entrance door and two additional exit doors connected to the kitchen. Install weather stripping on these doors to prevent pest entry into the kitchen.- Inspect all entrance and exit doors throughout the school and repair any gaps identified at the bottom of the doors to prevent pest entry.

- Mice droppings were found on the floor beneath the stove.• Clean and sanitize all areas contaminated with mouse droppings using an approved bleach solution.• Seal all identified entry points, including openings in the wall beneath kitchen cabinet and around plumbing beneath the sinks, to prevent further pest entry into the food facility.• Install and maintain pest control traps throughout the facility to monitor and control rodent activity.• Store all dry food products in pest‑proof containers with tight‑fitting lids.• Ensure all exterior doors are properly fitted with intact weather stripping to prevent pest entry into the facility.
