      • **There was no sanitizer in the truck. The operator stated he still has to pick it up from the grocery store.ACTION REQUIRED:1) Ensure that there is chlorine/QUATs sanitizer in the truck prior to the start of operation- Please send me a picture of the sanitizer when purchased.

      • - There is a designated hand sink.** The paper towel dispenser was observed but still to be installed** No soap at the hand sink. The operator stated that he still has to pick up the soap from the grocery store.ACTION REQUIRED1) Ensure that the hand sink is supplied with soap and paper towel prior to the start of operations2) Send me pictures of the installed paper towel dispenser and the hand soap.

      • - Potable water and wastewater tanks of adequate size are installed in the truck** A water sample from the truck was submitted on April 29, results pending** No hot water in the truck at the time inspection. The operator is in contact with the manufacturer of the truck on how to turn on the hot water in the truck.ACTION REQUIRED1) Ensure that there is adequate supply of hot water in the truck prior the start of operations. FOLLOW UP TO BE COMPLETED2) Email me a copy of the water results when it becomes available.
