- 0 ppm quats detected in the sanitizer solutions. The automatic chemical dispensing unit is not working properly.- Staff were instructed to manually prepare the 200 ppm quat sanitizer solutions.

- Initially no soap was available at the kitchen handwash sink located by the pizza oven. Corrected.- Handwash sinks must be supplied with soap and paper towel at all times.

- The back kitchen door was propped open.- Exterior doors must be closed and have tight seals to prevent the possible entry of pests.

- 1. The pizza dough prep table edge is covered in tape.- Remove the tape as it is not a surface that can be properly cleaned.2. Staff informed that the pizza cutter/tongs/utensils are being sent for washing at the end of the day.- Send utensils for frequent proper washing throughout the day.3. A cardboard box containing tools, a probe thermometer and a pair of tongs was stored by the deep fryers.- Do not use cardboard to store utensils in as it is not a surface that can be properly cleaned. - 1. 2 Liter bottles of pop are stored directly under the front area handwash sink plumbing. - Do not store food items under plumbing to prevent possible contamination from leaks.2. Open bags of flour noted across from the deep fryers.- All foods must be properly protected while in storage from possible contamination.
