No actions were recorded to have been taken to bring chlorine level down3. pH level of the pool water recorded on Feb 22 at 11pm was 8 (normal range 6.8 - 7.6) no action was recorded to have been taken**Ensure that actual pool water chemistry test is carried out and recorded daily**Ensure that accurate record keeping is carried out and **Ensure all actions taken to correct water chemistry is recorded
