On Feb 22nd at 7:00am records show Free Chlorine was measured at 10ppm and pool remained opened**Ensure that safety procedure for the operation of the pool is followed**Ensure that staff are trained to follow and implement facility's policies in place.

Free Chlorine levels of the pool water recorded by staff did not match actual Free Chlorine value of pool carried out by pool operator. Staff recorded Free chlorine level on February 22 at 3:00pm to be 8.5ppm pool operator tested at 3:40pm to be 16ppm.2. Free chlorine level of the pool water recorded on Feb 22 at 7:00am was 10ppm. No actions were recorded to have been taken to bring chlorine level down3. pH level of the pool water recorded on Feb 22 at 11pm was 8 (normal range 6.8 - 7.6) no action was recorded to have been taken**Ensure that actual pool water chemistry test is carried out and recorded daily**Ensure that accurate record keeping is carried out and **Ensure all actions taken to correct water chemistry is recorded

      • Water sample result collected on September 19, 2023 showed HPC level - 57,000 CFU/ml. Discussed with Vic Velasco and Andrew Coullett on the repeated high levels of HPC count in the last 2 results. Operator stated they are reviewing their operations for the weekend staff to ensure that water quality is maintained at optimum levels on the weekend. **Operator to shock chlorinate and resample.
