      • Jars of opened siracha red hot sauce and soy sauce were stored in the staff room. Food items were to be refrigerated after opening according to label instructions. Manager stated sauce may have been stored at room temperature for over 2hours. Sauces were discarded.*Food items should be stored appropriately.*Ensure that items to be refrigerated are held at or below 4 degrees Celsius at all times.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • The floor tiles beside the mop sink were broken, water was noted pooling on the floor. Store manager stated request had been sent in to have the floor fixed and repairs may take up to 6months to complete.*Replace floor tiles**Ensure all surfaces in the facility are smooth, cleanable and impervious to moisture.
