      • Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Gravy sauce in the hotholding was kept at a temperature below 60C for more than 2 hours. Potential hazardous food left in the temperature danger zone (between 4 to 60C) is susceptible to rapid bacterial growth, leading to food poisoning
      • Corrective Action: Operator voluntary discarded the food in the presence of the health inspector
