      • Observation: The chocolate fondant holding unit is directly beside the hand wash station (Public Health Significance) During hand washing procedure by the employees, splash of water can enter into the unit causing cross-contamination of food
      • Corrective Action: Put a protective barrier between the handwash station and the unit or find another spot in the kitchen to place the unit to prevent cross cantamination of food

      • Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) A scoop was left inside the sugar container for ongoing use. (Public Health Significance) Improper scoop storage exposes items to bare hand contact and potential contamination.
      • Corrective Action: Store scoops so that foods are not exposed to the handles or bare hand contact. Store food scoops in a sanitary manner and clean and sanitize them regularly.
