      • 1. A diapering procedure is not posted in the washroom where diapering occurs.Ensure a diapering procedure is posted where staff can see it during diapering activities.2. Hydrogen peroxide test papers in the OSC room were unopened and expired.Ensure current test strips are available to verify sanitizer concentration. Sanitizer concentration must be verified each time a solution is prepared, and at least daily if solution is used over multiple days. It is best practice to record the concentration.

      • In the big cabinet in the OSC room, a bump/swelling of the shelf material was observed. It was observed under cleaning solutions. Replace or repair the shelf. Ensure that surfaces are smooth, durable, and easy to clean. To reduce accidental cleaning solution spillage, consider using a tray or other containment for the solutions.
