      • It was observed that a comb stored in Barbicide disinfectant solution was damaged, with a broken handle that prevented it from being effectively cleaned and disinfected.The issue was discussed with the operator during the inspection. The damaged comb was immediately discarded and removed from service.

      • During the inspection, it was observed that an expired disinfectant wipe product was being used.Discard the expired disinfectant wipes and ensure all disinfectant products are used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
