    • 03. Are clients at this facility being protected from hazards (Critical)?
      • On discussion with the operator, it was discovered that the personnelle sensitive skin shave cream observed on a shelf in the Bambini classroom with younger kids is used for sensory play/craft. -Please discontinue craft/play that requires direct contact with shaving cream. -Shaving cream can be safely used as a sensory tool by placing it in sealed Ziplock bag.
    • 04. Are clients at this facility being protected from hazards (Non-Critical)?
      • Large push pin used for craft was observed on a shelf. -Push pin was moved from the shelf-Please continue store push pins and any other sharp items away from children access. -Provide direct supervision to children when using push pins for craft.
    • 09. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) available in suitable location(s), and properly stocked with handwashing supplies?
      • Bulk of paper towel was placed directly on the sink in the washroom.-Please place and provide paper towel in a container/dispenser. Paper towel must be properly contained to prevent cross contamination of the bulk supply.
