- Observation(s): The Licensing Officer observed the Licensee changing a diaper in a small room that was not next to a covered container or wash basin. - This item is considered resolved as the Licensee stated the diapering will be located in the bathroom from this day forward.

- Observation(s): Two toys were found in the playroom on the floor that could pose a hazard to young children. One was a small rubbery toy pair of pants that was small enough to be a choking hazard for the young children present today who were 1 and 2 years old. Also found accessible was a broken metal car with sharp edges and screws visible. These toys are not developmentally appropriate for the age and development of the children present. (Upon returning after lunch the licensee had removed these toys) Please ensure all toys that are accessible to children are age and developmentally appropriate.
