- **Update July 8, 2026**- Some areas were repaired and there is a work order in place to repair and replace broken or misaligned tiles.Some areas of the pool deck were deteriorated and could cut/injure a patron.-repair any damaged decking material.

- Unable to identify or locate anti entrapment plan. - Discussed with manager the anti entrapment plan document. Since manager is new to the facility, they will look for the document first and fill out the form if they cannot locate it.
