      • There was a cleaning cloth on the kitchen counter top.Please ensure all cleaning cloths are placed in a container/basket for laundering after they have been used or placed in a bucket filled with sanitizer for reuse on kitchen surfaces.

      • There were multiple ketchup bottles in the dry food storage area that require refrigeration.Please ensure perishable foods are refrigerated properly after opening. Discard opened and used ketchup bottles.
