Repair the damaged wall and ensure wall surfaces are maintained in good repair, smooth, and easily cleanable.September 29, 2026: The wall is currently taped as a temporary measure. The operator will repair the hole.

      • 1. The coat hooks used for personal belongings in the Senior Casa room are spaced approximately 3 inches apart. Children's coats, backpacks, and other personal items were observed touching. Ensure personal belongings are stored with adequate separation or implement an alternative storage system to prevent cross-contamination between children. It is generally recommended to install hooks 12 inches apart.September 29, 2026: Plastic totes have been purchased by the operator. The operator is currently waiting for delivery.

      • 1. A cloth cover was noted on the diapering mat in the bathroom. Fabric surfaces cannot be adequately cleaned and disinfected between diaper changes.The fabric cover was removed during the inspection. Ensure diapering surfaces remain smooth, non-absorbent, and easily cleanable. Corrected during inspection.

      • 1.The waterproof diapering mat used to change larger children on the floor was torn at the seam. Replace the diapering mat to ensure the surface can be effectively cleaned and disinfected.

      • 1. The sanitizer solution in the spray bottle used to sanitize toys in the Junior Casa Room tested at 0 ppm chlorine. A fresh sanitizer solution was prepared during the inspection and tested at 100 ppm chlorine. Corrected during inspection.

      • The maximum hot water temperature reached 60°C at the handwashing basin in the children's washroom. Please lower the temperature to no more than 49°C.

      • Rooms are not provided with black-out blinds.

      • Handwashing sinks are not equipped with soap in dispensers. Single-use towels were observed in the sink cabinet, but they have not been washed yet. Please provide soap in dispensers for all handwashing stations. Receptacles must be provided to separate clean and used hand towels.
