- 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
- Zytec hand sanitizer wipes were being used in place of a disinfectant for wiping down the piercing instrument. Please switch to the Preempt RTU intermediate level disinfectant wipes also available onsite.
- 26. Are cosmetic products appropriate for their intended use and being handled properly?
- HDI Airbrow tint was available for both brow and lash tints. Instructions on the box are for brows only and precautionary statement says avoid eye contact. Please obtain instructions from the manufacturer for use on lashes prior to use. Use another appropriate tint like Refectocil lash/brow tint until instructions can be obtained from HDI Airbrow
